Cancellation Policy

Orders cancelled within 24hrs will received a full refund minus the applicable transaction fee charges to tekBoard Composites for both the original payment method and the return of funds.

Orders cancelled after 24hrs but where the order hasn't been packaged ready for delivery will receive a full refund minus a £150 administration charge and the applicable transaction fee charges to tekBoard Composites for both the original payment method and the return of funds.

Orders cancelled where items have been packaged, stored and ready for delivery will be subject to a 10% cancellation charge of the total order value.

Orders cancelled where items have been packaged, stored and held for more than 7 days whilst waiting for other items of the order to come back in stock will be subject to a 10% cancellation charge of the total order value.

​Orders cannot be cancelled once the package has left the warehouse and with the courier company.
